Website Up And Running

Hello One and All and Welcome from Ali's Mischievous Pets. 

We hope that our absence from the web has not left you and your pets out in the cold?! 

Well Once again we are up and running with a new and improved Pet Shop Online website.  We went back to basics and got away from all the fancy flashing banners and lights. 

Now what we have is a down to earth simple little pet shop online that covers Dogs, Cats, Birds, and soon Small Animals like Chinchillas, Ferrets, Rabbits, Hamsters, Mice, Rats, and a few more. 

The site will also have a listing of links to Adoption centers and Humane Societies  by state for those looking for a new member to the family. 

Plus we are also working on a Vet Secrets page that will cover some of the basic questions to be answered about your pets like; How old is my pet in human years.

Hello Everyone

Sorry for the long delay between blogs.

We have had a very trying last couple of months.  To start with Pet Supplies and Fashion is no more,  we had problems with the Host from the very beginning, and eventually it lead to our site going down permanetly.  It became such a problem that we start legal action, and the Host took the website away from us and locked us out.  

So we started over with Ali's Mischievous Pets.  There will be four different shopping areas to include Dog, Cat, Bird, and Small animals, also if your looking to Adopt a fantastic pet we will have an Adoption page with links to several states agencies.  Find the one closes to you there, and give them a call today!

There are so many pets looking for a new home PLEASE consider them!

Will also have an APP for your I-phone or Apple, download us today and shop at home, save money and time.  All items are delivered right to your door.

DeFlea a room without Bug bombs

Hello Everyone

Just learned how to Deflea a room in the house without using smelly bug bombs.

Need the following items:   1 White towel
                                         1 Shallow pan or dish (Pie pan works best)
                                         1 Cup dish soap
                                         3 Cups water
                                         1 Desks lamp with long goose neck (Light must be over pan)

To start with place white towel on floor in room to be done.  Then place the pan on the towel with water and soap solution in it.  Place lamp over pan.  Vacate room for the night.  With lamp turned on the fleas will be attracted to it, and will try and jump up to it only to fall into the soapy water.  The soapy water will not let them go, and they drown.

I did this in our sunroom right next to our dogs pillow, and the next morning the pan was full of dead fleas.

The weather is changing is your pet ready??

For you small pet owners.  The weather is changing and getting colder everyday, we are taking out the sweatshirts, sweaters, heavy jackets and boots.  But what about your little pet you take on walks??  Do you have the latest in booties, or jackets to keep him or her warm??  Start now and be prepared for the coming snow.  Don't let Old Man Winter take a bite out of your pet.  Too many fleas already have during the summer, they cant afford another bite.  Save them now before its to late.

My wonderful smart daughter interviewed at the Highland County Fair on Tuesday Sept.6. for first year of Vet Science 2 and first year Purrfect Pets 1, and the results are in:

Vet Science 2:     1st place trophy in first year Vet Science 2
                           1st place trophy over ALL Vet Science 2
                           3rd place ribbon over ALL Special Interest groups

Purrfect Pets 1:     1st place trophy in first year Purrfect Pets
                             Champion Feline trophy
                             Grand Champion trophy over ALL small pets

Want to know the kicker to the story??     Cooper is a Humane Society rescue kitten now 7 months old.
